To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@mega-trend.shop with your order number and your decision to withdraw. We'll reply with return instructions.
The product must be returned unused and, where possible, in its original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we issue the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase (PayPal). No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mega-trend.shop with photos of the product and packaging: we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, perishable goods, or sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. cosmetics, if applicable to your catalog).
